This feature is included in the Payment Bundle. It allows you to use phone services using the Internet protocol VoIP. This protocol allows users to call any regular phone number at home and abroad as well as any cell phone number. Highlight: SiteKiosk manages the entire phone service on a standard Web site which, of course, is completely customizable. Phone service features are also available in the SiteKiosk Object Model.

Skype support
All you need for using SiteKiosk's VoIP solution is a valid Skype account. You can use the same account on several machines at the same time. For this purpose, you must install and configure Skype on every machine you want to use with your Skype account. Leave the rest to SiteKiosk. Users will not need a Skype account and will not be able to see Skype, either, as the application works in the background. In addition to making phone calls, users can also send SMS messages provided you give them permission to do so.

SIP gateway support
Instead of Skype, you can also choose an SIP gateway for making phone calls. To do so, simply select the SIP gateway of your choice in the SiteKiosk configuration file and enter your account information. To ensure that your gateway will work with the SiteKiosk VoIP solution without a hitch, we recommend that you use a test account to test it.

Service phone numbers
SiteKiosk also gives you the option of displaying 10 different service phone numbers to which you can assign names and phone numbers of your choosing.
Example: the “Service Hotline” button is assigned to 0800-100100 or “Consulting” / “Sales” / “Reception”, etc.

Zone management
You can use customizable zones to limit phone calls to specific phone numbers, regions or countries. For instance, you can limit the phone service to in-house phone numbers used by your company or allow only local calls.

Charging for phone services
You can set up a charge per minute similar to phone booths to bill for your phone and SMS service. You can specify one or several rates for each country. A list with rates provided by PROVISIO will save you most of the work in this regard.
