SiteKiosk: Bug Fix für kritischen Fehler
Wenn ein Kiosk-Rechner mit der SiteKiosk Version 7.1 - 8.6 unter Windows 7 betrieben und der Internet Explorer 10 installiert wird, ist das System mit großer Sicherheit nicht mehr benutzbar. Unter Windows 8 tritt dieser Fehler nicht auf! Sobald die automatische Update-Funktion auf dem Windows 7 Rechner aktiviert ist, wird der neue Internet Explorer 10 selbständig installiert.

Alle Händler und Wiederverkäufer werden dringend aufgefordert diese Informationen an die Betreiber der Kiosk Systeme weiterzuleiten. PROVISIO hat keine Informationen über die Endkunden und kann daher nicht direkt informieren!

Hi when using the Version 8.1.640 of sitekiosk and in payment modules the emp800 coin selector and sitecafe i can't understand why i use a coin and when i hit the endsession button the browser don't ask if i want to store the remaining amout.

Hello,

There is no known issue and it even has worked in my test.
Which SiteCafe Version do you use?
You may check if you have activated the usage of user accounts in the SiteCafe Manager (-->Configuration-->SiteCafe Configuration Wizard-->Account Settings).

I Michael,

I'm using version 8.1 for sitekiosk with the windows 7 IE 8 Skin.

If i put a coin and acess to the account the amount will be sum on the account and when leaving will be stored as new amount.

But if i put a coin and don't go to the account module when closing the session the balance will be lost even without asking me if i want to add to my account, its possible to use some logout script to add the remaining amount to one account ?

Another issue we have is when i define the cost for the service rates, if i define manualy or using the up and down arrows when issue the value of 1,5 Euros € it allways return to 15,00 Euros € do u know why ?

I am sorry but I can’t reproduce it (both issues).
I have used SiteKiosk 8.1.640 with Windows 7 IE8 skin on Windows 7 with IE9.

Which Internet Explorer Version is installed?
Which Format is set in the Region and Language settings of Windows (-->Control Panel-->Region and Language).
You may send your SiteKiosk Configuration, the current log file and a short step by step description about how to reproduce it via e-mail then.
