SiteKiosk:
Bug Fix for critical error
On kiosk machines with SiteKiosk versions earlier than 8.7 under Windows 7, the system will in most cases become unusable after Internet Explorer 10 is installed. The affected SiteKiosk versions are 7.1 - 8.6. Any Windows 7 computers that have automatic updates enabled will be affected because Internet Explorer 10 is installed automatically as part of Windows updates.
All software resellers are strongly encouraged to forward this information to the operators of the kiosks. PROVISIO has no information about the end user and therefore cannot directly inform them!

Hello,
we use Sitekiosk from 2009. Without any problem. Today I upgraded on verison 8. But system run very, very slow. Boot time increase up 400%. Kiosk machine are older, but worked great with verisoin 7. Do YOu have any similar reports?

Hi,
Version 8 indeed needs more power as version 7 did as there are new powerfull features. But we expect this to be within a range of 10%. Please try to reboot your system and try to deinstall and reinstall SiteKiosk one time. If this doe not help, please stay at version 7 until to an update of your hardware.

Ok, I'll test it. I purchased upragrade but didnt make payment. Is possible to cancel order if I decide to stay at version 7?
