SiteKiosk: Bug Fix for critical error
On kiosk machines with SiteKiosk versions earlier than 8.7 under Windows 7, the system will in most cases become unusable after Internet Explorer 10 is installed. The affected SiteKiosk versions are 7.1 - 8.6. Any Windows 7 computers that have automatic updates enabled will be affected because Internet Explorer 10 is installed automatically as part of Windows updates.

All software resellers are strongly encouraged to forward this information to the operators of the kiosks. PROVISIO has no information about the end user and therefore cannot directly inform them!

Описание
If you want to display your own Internet presence by means of SiteKiosk, it will be worthwhile to store the presence on your local hard disk not least for performance reasons.
In addition, this will make it possible for you to show it to your customers without having to be online. Thus, save all of your HTML files of your Internet presence to the hard disk of your computer and specify the homepage as the Start Page in the Configuration Wizard.

Offline browsers:
Should your HTML files not be available for you, you can download your Internet pages from the web by means of so-called offline browsers. You will find a selection of the necessary software on the Internet at the following address in the category offline viewers: http://www.tucows.com"

Select a corresponding product and install it on your PC.
