Hello,
we have a problem with a new installed sitekiosk.
I have a video that describe the problem but i cannot attach it
How can i do?

Hello,

If necessary, reduce the video file size accordingly or provide it as download.

But in any case, you should send your SiteKiosk configuration (yourConfig.skcfg) and the corresponding log file as well as a brief description of the problem
e.g. via e-mail to support-europe(at)sitekiosk.com
(Email attachments to Support may not exceed 10MB in size.)

Also, the SiteKiosk Classic Windows version you specified does not exist - see version history:
